A. On March 5, 2014, the Plaintiff lent KRW 25 million to the Defendant on a fixed date as of June 15, 2014, and the Defendant has not repaid the principal and interest until the maturity date.

B. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 25 million and the amount equivalent to 5% per annum under the Civil Act from June 16, 2014, which is the day following the due date until the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, and 20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment.

2. Judgment on deemed confessions of applicable provisions of Acts (Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act);
