On November 24, 2016, around 16:21, 2016, the Defendant posted a letter, “Afrecient C, fluent of bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch,” “C,” and “Afreciated C, Ef, Ef, Ef, Ef, Ef, v., of the State,” etc., by inserting the victim’s photograph under the title “Af, Ef, Ef, Ef, and Ef, Ef,” which connects the victim’s photograph on the above bulletin at around 17:22 on the same day.

The victim was openly insulting, such as posting a letter "Sari".
