Since there is no dispute between the Plaintiff and the said Defendants as to the cause of the claim in the separate sheet against Defendant C and H, the Defendants are obligated to implement the registration procedure for transfer of ownership based on the gift made on April 22, 2000 according to the respective ratio stated in the separate sheet of co-ownership in the separate sheet No. 2. 1.

3. The plaintiff's claim against the defendants is with merit, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
