Punishment of the crime
On October 22, 2017, the Defendant driven B-A-D motor vehicle at the section of about 100 meters from the 26-3rd Do-ro 26-3rd Do-ro 76, to the 31st Do-ro 2nd 76th Do-do-ro 31st Do-do-ro 100, while under the influence of alcohol content 0.077% among blood transfusions.
