Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, as a sectional owner of the D department stores located in Seocheon-gu, Nowon-gu, Seoul (hereinafter referred to as “E”), is a person who is in charge of the chairperson of the E Committee on Emergency Countermeasures while operating a store on the fourth floor of the above department store, and the victim F was a person who worked in the above E as a manager and was suspended on September 13, 2012, and tried to run for an E manager election, who was scheduled as of April 3, 2013.

The Defendant’s defamation based on the statement of false facts was reduced by half at the present point of time by 2,300, the store was reduced by the first 2,300, in the office of the Emergency Countermeasure Committee established in the above E in February 2013, as the title “I will be known from D department stores (E) Emergency Countermeasure Committee (hereinafter “Non-Subrogation”).
Most of F is due to the acquisition and successful bid of G invested by F, and so, the fifth, sixth, eighth, eighth and nine floors of the factory room created by the sectional owners and store operators were put up to auction in Blus.
It is difficult to see how the commercial buildings which are the owners of the different stores can pass all at once.
(A) The management rules are null and void, and there is no distribution regulation, and the management fees distributed by the administrator by arbitrarily manipulating the accounting program cannot be accepted, and (a) 5,000 won for the former public relations expenses are not the expenses of the management rules.
Five branches with five stores shall be collected 25,000 won per day (5,000 won per five stores).
There shall also be no receipts.
There shall also be no user.
No report shall be made.
(A) Although there is an amount of KRW 80 million at present, it is used exclusively for the management expenses.
Although it was accused to the prosecution, it was argued that the amount of the management fee was the amount of the repair allowance and processed without suspicion.
(m) There is no receipt for this, and there is no user of parking fees.
