Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Any person who takes over a registered motor vehicle shall file an application for registration of transfer of motor vehicle ownership with the Mayor/Do Governor, as prescribed by Presidential Decree.

Although the Defendant took over a C gallon-2 vehicle registered from B to B on December 30, 2015, the Defendant did not file an application for the registration of transfer of the ownership of the said vehicle under the name of the Defendant without justifiable grounds within 15 days.
