The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence adopted, the lower court, on the grounds indicated in its reasoning, found all of the instant facts charged guilty, and did not have any intention to interfere with business.

The rejection of the Defendant’s assertion that it constitutes a legitimate act or mistake of law is justifiable. Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors of misapprehending the legal principles as to the crime of interference with business, legitimate act or mistake of law.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
