However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The defendant is a person who lives together in the Gu's platform in Ansan-si in Ansan-si without a certain residence and occupation.

A thief: (a) around 11:00 on June 11, 2017, at the convenience store operated by the victim D (E) in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, the Defendant: (b) arbitrarily carried out and stolen one living tree worth 850 won at the market price, which is the victim’s possession in the cooling house, without paying the price; (c) and (d) during seven times from the above day to July 3, 2017, the Defendant stolen property worth KRW 33,650 in total by the following methods, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table.

On June 25, 2017, the Defendant attempted to larceny the victim G in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, the Defendant did not commit an attempted crime but did not commit an attempted crime, at the front satisfaction room of the “H” operated by the victim G in Ansan-si, an amount equivalent to KRW 105,00,00, in the market value of the Si.

On July 3, 2017, from around 13:30 to 14:00 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the business of the victim’s beauty room business by force for about 30 minutes by avoiding disturbance, i.e., e., smoking in the beauty room operated by the victim J (W, L, L, 48 years old) in Ansan-si, Ansan-si; (b) without any justifiable reason, the Defendant was showing the attitude that the victim was suffering from the defect that the victim was in another place; and (c) continuously interfered with the victim’s beauty room business by force.
