1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. Basic facts
A. On May 10, 2013, the Plaintiff completed the registration of its business as “tourist: (a) hotel, location D: E, F, and type of business in Jung-gu, Seoul; (b) accommodation business (tourist hotel).”
In the sale of tourist accommodation (56 households) in the location of the above sales agency contract, the defendant B entered into a sales agency contract as a principle of trust and good faith with the company operating the business (the representative shall be H; hereinafter referred to as the "G"), which is the company operating the business.
Article 2 (Conditions for Performance of Sale by Proxy)
1. In selling an object of a tourist accommodation facility in lots, Defendant B shall complete the sale of the tourist accommodation facility by 80% until six months after the commencement of the sale, and the time limit for selling the tourist accommodation facility in lots shall be six months after the commencement of the sale agreed between G and Defendant B;
2. G is to carry out the sale promotion plan (advertising plan) in consultation with Defendant B, and the cost shall be borne by Defendant B.
Article 3 (Handling of Sale by Units and Payment by Units)
1. In selling this article, the name of the seller shall be sold by the defendant B in the name of the executor, and shall proceed after obtaining prior approval from G.
2. Upon entering into a sales contract, Defendant B shall enter into the contract in the presence of the executives and employees designated by G, and all the sales proceeds (contracts, part payments, and balance) shall deposit into the account designated by G.
3. The preparation of a contract for sale in lots shall be made by G using the contract provided by G (hereinafter referred to as an "fix").
4. The G shall take charge of all management related to the seal, delivery and receipt of the written contract for sale in lots, and the confirmation and issuance of the deposit slip;
5. The defendant B shall sell the sale price set by G in lots, and the defendant B shall have all civil and criminal responsibilities in the event of a problem arising from the error of the defendant B.
Article 4 (Vicarious Execution of Sale)
1. Defendant B shall perform the following duties:
(a) Guidance for concluding contracts according to a parcelling-out plan;
(b) Sales promotion business, sales office, selection of employees, etc.;
(c) Cooperation in the payment and arrears of the parcelling-out price;
(d) All other affairs necessary for the sale of buildings in units.
