건물인도
1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
A. To deliver the buildings listed in the separate sheet No. 1, 693,850 won and the above from November 1, 2013.
On February 1, 2013, each lease contract (lease Deposit: KRW 2,500,00, KRW 792,000, KRW 700 per month (including value-added tax) was lawfully terminated upon delivery of a copy of the complaint containing the declaration of termination on the ground of delinquency in rent for at least two years.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to deliver each of the instant buildings to the Plaintiff and pay the Plaintiff the overdue rent or unjust enrichment equivalent to the overdue rent or rent in arrears calculated at the rate of KRW 792,00 per month from November 1, 2013 to the delivery date of the building, and the amount of KRW 693,850 per April 2014 that the Plaintiff paid to the Plaintiff.
The plaintiff's claim is justified and accepted.
