1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts
A. The Defendant is a person registered as an owner on the register as to each portion of the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 2 in the separate sheet No. 2 from among the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 4 (hereinafter “each of the real estate of this case”).
B. On or around July 2014, the Plaintiff and C received a request from the Defendant in the procedure for the auction of the real estate price D (hereinafter “instant auction procedure”) located in the attached Form 3 List in their name: The Plaintiff and C were awarded a successful bid at KRW 527,80,000 for each real estate entered in the auction procedure of this case by the Plaintiff and C.
C. On August 20, 2014, the Defendant entered into a sales contract with the Plaintiff and C as follows with respect to each real estate entered in the separate sheet No. 4, which is part of the pertinent real estate: among each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 3, the Defendant entered into the instant sales contract with respect to each real estate entered into the registration of ownership transfer through the instant sales contract (hereinafter “instant sales contract”), and completed the registration of ownership transfer based thereon:

2. Subject to the agreement between the seller (the plaintiff and C) and the buyer, the above real estate under Article 1 of the terms of the contract will be entered into as follows:
Article 2 In the sale of the above real estate, the buyer shall pay the purchase price as follows:
The name of the real estate in Article 3 of the lump-sum payment of KRW 418,00,000 (418,000,000) shall be August 20, 2014.
Article 4 The seller's payment of debts and taxes and public charges related to real estate as of the date of the remainder of the payment.
Article 5 The seller shall deliver all documents necessary for the registration of transfer of ownership to the buyer when he/she receives any balance, and shall cooperate with the registration of transfer.
