A. On June 2, 2017, from around 13:00 to 19:22, the Defendant demanded that the Plaintiff “B and 2.5 million won be transferred to B,” and the Defendant sent the Plaintiff’s account number through C text messages, and continued to “to immediately pay all the money received from other male-parents,” and “to know the fact to the Plaintiff’s parents.” On several occasions, the Defendant requested that the Plaintiff inform the Plaintiff of the password and the Handphone password, and had the Plaintiff inform the Plaintiff of the identification number at around 19:22.

B. From 00:10 on June 3, 2017 to 00:27, the Defendant sent a text message to the Plaintiff, “I am son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son.

C. At around 09:00 on June 3, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a door and opened a door and intrudes on the Plaintiff’s residence, which was discovered by threatening the Plaintiff, as described in the aforementioned sub-paragraph (b), as the Plaintiff’s house located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F.

On June 3, 2017, at around 09:00, the defendant invadedd the plaintiff's house located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F as described in the above sub-paragraph (c) and demanded that "Nebphone password be cut off" and presented the same attitude that would inflict any harm on the plaintiff unless the defendant's request is received.
