1. As to KRW 183,890,663 and KRW 181,480,546 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the year from August 14, 2018 to April 3, 2019.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) The Plaintiff, however, made a correction as stated in the Disposition, pursuant to the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended at the date of the first pleading), on the statutory interest rate of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended at the date of the first pleading).
