On November 4, 2018, at around 13:30, the Defendant made a false statement that “The Busan Central Police Station shall go to go to the Busan Central Police Station because it is a father,” while boarding a cab operated by the victim B in front of the high interest police station located in the Gosong-gun, Gosong-gun, Gosong-gun, Gosong-gun 42.”

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay taxi costs even if he uses the victim's taxi.
