1. Defendant A and B jointly and severally filed a claim against the Plaintiff for KRW 54,889,202 and KRW 54,664,083 among them. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 24283, Oct. 31, 2013>

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Grounds for recognition and applicable provisions of Acts;
