The Defendant is a person who, from June 9, 201 to November 20, 2012, supplied the scrap machine on the front side of the swinebridge to a restaurant with the trade name (registration under the name of the wife E) “D livestock” at the office located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and supplied it to the restaurant.

On September 2012, the defrauded provided the Defendant with the Defendant’s de facto operator H at the office of G G located in G located in G located in G located in G located in Young-si, the Defendant: (a) provided the victim H of the said company with the front side of the swine bridge at one time from a large enterprise, such as G, to supply the front side of the swine bridge in the amount of KRW 15 million (5 to 6 tons) at one time; (b) organized the existing suppliers and continue to engage in transactions with G; and (c) the supplied goods will be paid in good faith.

However, from June 9, 201 to September 2012, the Defendant was liable for the payment of the goods equivalent to KRW 200 million (of note, the rear side of the swine bridge) to (i) Jeju, (ii) J, K, L, M, N, and (ii)O, which was supplied with the rear side of the swine bridge from around June 9, 201, and (iii) the Defendant was not able to receive the delivery of the goods from the previous supplier even if the said Defendant received the goods from the previous supplier, because it was difficult to receive the subsequent delivery of the goods from the victim, even if it was supplied by the previous supplier, it was impossible to receive the subsequent delivery of the goods from the victim. However, the Defendant was unable to receive the subsequent delivery of the goods from the victim, even if it was supplied by the previous supplier.

The Defendant is the victim.
