1. The defendant shall pay 46,500,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from August 1, 2004 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The plaintiff, who filed a claim against the defendant, was sentenced in favor of the defendant on September 8, 2004 in Seoul Northern District Court 2003Kadan46502 loan case, which was decided on September 25, 2004, and became final and conclusive on September 25, 2004. Thus, a judicial claim for the interruption of the extinctive prescription of loan claims by public notice on February 2, 2008 (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
