1. The Defendants’ co-offenderd Defendants are in a de facto marital relationship, and, in fact, conspired to deception the purchase price of household appliances by deceiving them without the intention or ability to sell them, and Defendant A connected to the “D” at a non-permanent place on June 2019, posted an advertisement stating that “LG CD-ROMs are sold” on the above BC. On July 2, 2019, Defendant B made a false statement to the victim F that if the victim deposits the sales price of household appliances, he would deliver the said household appliances.

From July 2, 2019, the Defendants deceptioned the victim as above and received KRW 2,00,000 from the victim to the H bank account (I) in the name of G in the name of the sales proceeds of household appliances. From around that time to July 18, 2019, the Defendants acquired and acquired KRW 8,580,000 in total six times in the above manner as shown in attached Table 1, as shown in attached Table 1, from that time to July 18, 2019.

2. On June 24, 2019, Defendant A posted an advertisement stating that “The sales of the LG drying machine” after accessing the C B B Blog “D” at an insular place, and then, Defendant A made false statement with the intent to deliver the said dried machine upon deposit of the sales proceeds of the drying machine to the victim J who visited the victim.

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to deliver a dried machine even if the victim remitted the money as the sales proceeds of dry season.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 1,200,000 from the victim with K company bank account (L) around June 24, 2019 as the sales proceeds for dry period, and received KRW 7,980,000 in total six times from around that time to July 13, 2019, as shown in attached Table 2, from around that time.
