The judgment below

Examining the reasoning of the judgment below in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below is just in finding the Defendant guilty of all of the frauds in the facts charged of this case against the victim Q and S, and there is no violation of law of logic and experience and free evaluation of evidence without conducting necessary deliberation.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
