(former Co., Ltd.) in Daegu-gu C, and the defendant B Co., Ltd is a corporation established for the purpose of information and communication business including manufacturing using computers and communication equipment and information and communication services.

On October 10, 2013, the Defendant applied for government subsidies in relation to the “E business” of the victim’s online site at the Daegu-gu Office of Small and Medium Enterprises (former B Company) located in the Daegu-gu Seoul-gu Office using computers, as if D, which was operated by the Defendant, participated in the “G” exhibition held in the F Mongolian country.

However, in fact, D did not have participated in the "G" exhibition held in Mongolian country.

On December 13, 2013, the Defendant applied for a false subsidy and obtained 4,995,000 won from the victim as a subsidy for the E business on December 13, 2013.

The Defendant applied for government subsidies as if D, a corporation, which was operated by the Defendant, participated in the “I” exhibition held in H Kazaktan, in connection with the victim’s E business on the online site operated by the victim using the computer at the time and place of Paragraph 1(a).

However, in fact, D did not have participated in the “I” exhibition held in Kazakhstan.

On December 13, 2013, the Defendant applied for a false subsidy and obtained 4,995,000 won from the victim as a subsidy for the E business on December 13, 2013.

C. On October 6, 2014, the Defendant is related to the victim’s E business at the online site operated by the victim by using a computer at the place indicated in paragraph 1(a).
