The evidence seized shall be confiscated by the accused as referred to in subparagraphs 1 through 9.

From October 24, 2005, the Defendant registered the business as the representative director of the software operating company FF Co., Ltd. of the second floor in Gangnam-gu Seoul E-building (hereinafter “F”), and operated the Internet site of G, H as the general manager of the business of the above site, and I as the two team leader of the above site business, J, and K as its business employees, respectively.

Using the fact that the number of members of the above site reaches 3.60,000, most men are admitted to the site, employees H found a commercial sex business establishment that mainly engages in similar teaching activities, thereby allowing employees H to enter into an advertising cooperation. From 200,000 won to 10,000 won per month, advertising expenses equivalent to 500,000 won are transferred from the commercial sex business establishment to the bank account (L) in the name of the defendant, or received directly in cash and raised profits.

1. The Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (sexual traffic advertisements) in collusion with H, I, J, and K. From the end of August 2012 to the end of November 13, 2012, the Defendant transferred KRW 90,000 to the Defendant’s personal account at the second floor (HF) office of the building in Gangnam-gu, Seoul from the end of August 2012 to the Defendant’s personal account as advertising expenses, and the Defendant transferred KRW 90,000 to the Defendant’s personal account as advertising expenses. The Defendant was exposed to the location, telephone number, charges, commercial sex acts, women’s procil and physical parts of the said commercial sex acts, as well as the pictures exposed to the above “BJ Hand-on-on-cop-cop-cop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-p.
