On August 6, 2012, around 22:30 on August 6, 2012, the Defendant driven B-learning car under the influence of alcohol of about 0.122% of alcohol concentration at a section of about 2 km from the front day of the beeral road located in Seocheon-dong, Busan, to the entrance of the original complex located in the same Gu Man-dong.
