Defendant

A, Defendant B, and Defendant C dealt with marijuana even though they are not authorized to handle a person who resides in each country, as follows.

1. The Defendants’ co-principal

A. On July 2019, the Defendants conspiredd to sell hemps and smoke together by purchasing 120,00 won as well as selling hemps, by dividing them into and sharing 40,000 won of the rent in the location of the building D in Gwangju Mine-gu, which was leased by Defendant A, from July 1, 2019.

B. On September 8, 2019, the Defendants created a total of KRW 120,00,000 for each of the 40,000 won upon the public invitation, and the Defendant A purchased the hemp plant equivalent to KRW 4,80,000 in total, four times from August 2019 to September 2019, in four times, as shown in attached Table 1, in total, from August 1, 2019, to September 4, 2019, by making a single-name “F” (hereinafter “F”) who is a seller of hemp on the same day to purchase the hemp.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to sell and sell marijuana.

C. On September 8, 2019, the Defendants: (a) around 23:46, at the residence of the Defendants of the building D of the Gwangju Mine-gu, the Defendants: (b) laid a large plastic beer disease into water; (c) laid down the bottom of the disease in water; (d) laid down about 500mlive disease; and (e) laid down approximately 0.5m of hemp in water; and (e) laid down approximately 0.5m of water in water in water; and (e) set fire in water; and (e) set down a smoke as soon as possible, so as not to fully cover aquatic diseases from the water speed of beer diseases.
