The defendant shall be innocent.
Reasons
1. The summary of the facts charged is a corporation established for the purpose of investment in all businesses and business related to trucking transport business. On February 25, 2005, at a place of business located at a point of 106.29kmnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn
2. Since punishment laws applicable to the judgment subject to a retrial have retroactively lost effect according to the Constitutional Court’s decision of unconstitutionality, the Defendant is acquitted in accordance with the former part of Article 325 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
