When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On February 19, 2014, at around 22:42, the Defendant driven a BS car with a light alcohol content of about 0.059% in the section of about 200 meters from the Do in front of the Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the same Gu-ro 50-way road.
