The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below was just to reverse the first instance judgment and to render a not guilty verdict on the facts charged of this case on the grounds that there is no proof of crime, and there was no error of exceeding the bounds of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or of misapprehending the legal principles on deception and fraud in fraud.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
