The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below is just in holding that the facts charged in this case did not constitute a crime of violation of the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act due to a violation of the duty to report possession and a violation of the duty to report ownership, and there is no error of law such as misunderstanding of legal principles as to accomplice, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
