채무인수금등 청구
1. The Defendant’s KRW 520,000,000 as well as 5% per annum from September 6, 2016 to November 23, 2017 to the Plaintiff.
1. Basic facts (applicable for recognition: Fact that there is no dispute, entries in Gap evidence 1 and 2, and purport of the whole pleadings);
A. The Defendant is the president who owns land C and D and the ground buildings thereof, and operates the E-type department (hereinafter “instant hospital”), and the Plaintiff is the doctor who served in the said hospital.
B. On June 18, 2012, the Defendant concluded a contract with F of the former president of the instant hospital to purchase real estate and operating rights of the instant hospital as follows (hereinafter “instant sales contract”).
The location of a real estate sales contract: 5,697,00,00 won loan of 5,697,00,000 won: 2,60,000 won out of the loan of 5,697,00,000 won shall be succeeded by the Bank in Gwangju, the smart Savings Bank (540,000,000) excluding pharmacy rents (837,000,000) out of the remainder 3,120,000,000 won, and the amount unpaid by pharmaceutical companies (60,000,000,000 won), future Savings Bank (70,000,000,000) (70,000,000,000,000 won for private loan (70,000,000,000).
Rental deposit: The key to succeed to the lease deposit shall be KRW 837 million.
Special terms and conditions: A seller and a buyer promise to succeed to the payment method of the purchase price under the above sales contract to the bank and rent, personal borrower's debts, medical term unpaid, unpaid amount of pharmaceutical companies, etc., and enter into a contract.
The seller F (hereinafter referred to as "A") and the buyer B (hereinafter referred to as "B") (hereinafter referred to as "B") shall enter into a contract with respect to the payment method of the purchase price and the operation of the hospital in preparation of a sales contract for the J building (E).
Article 3.
