A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Criminal facts
Some of the facts charged were corrected.

2. The Defendant was under the influence of alcohol 0.204% at the time and time set forth in paragraph (1) of the Road Traffic Act, and driven the said Aridi A7 car at the 1km section from the 1km section to the place set forth in paragraph (1) on the roads near Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu.
