The judgment below

Examining the reasoning of the record in light of the record, the lower court was justifiable to have acquitted the Defendant on the charge of this case on the ground that there was no proof of crime.

Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there is no error of misapprehending the bounds of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or violating the principle of trial-oriented and direct examination.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
