On October 13, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car at approximately 150 meters from the front edge of the Jinjin Child Care Center located in the high village to the front edge of the same Ri located in the same area, under the state of alcohol content of 0.061% of alcohol during blood transfusion around 18:00.
