1. The Defendants deliver to the Plaintiff the real estate indicated in the attached list.
2. The Defendants’ respective Plaintiff:

Pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings on Partial Dismissals, the part of the Plaintiff’s claim for payment of damages for delay exceeding the rate of 15% per annum from June 1, 2019 among the Plaintiff’s claim for payment
However, the costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Defendants by applying the proviso of Article 101 of the Civil Procedure Act.
