1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff (appointed party) and the appointed party the money stated in the corresponding claim amount in the attached Table and each of the above.

Reasons

1. The plaintiff (Appointed) and the designated parties to the claim filed a claim against the defendant for payment of the unpaid wages and retirement allowances totaling KRW 111,586,986 as well as delay damages, as they provided labor and retired during each service period listed in the annexed sheet as an incidental sheet.
