When the above taxi stops, the victim H (V, South, and 31 years old) who was driving a GST5 car at the front and rear of the above taxi, was dissatisfied with the purport that the victim H (V, South, and 31 years old), going to the next side of the above taxi and did not open a window for driving the taxi and deducted the vehicle in the future, the defendant, C, D, and E were released from the above taxi, and the victim H also went to the above vehicle.

The defendant, together with C, D, and E, took the face of the victim H by drinking at the above date, time, and place, and D was strokeed by selling, and C was 4 to 5 times the face of the victim H by drinking.

In order to prevent this, the victim I (the 31 year old), who was the wife of H, was released from the said car, C was 1 to 2 times the victim I's name, sale, and line on drinking.

As above, the Defendant, in collaboration with C, D, and E, committed approximately three weeks of medical treatment to the victim H, and put the victim I on the right check and the right check part requiring two weeks of medical treatment to the victim I.

2. Determination

A. The Defendant asserts that the victims did not look at, verbally, C and D did not complete a fighting, and that only he left a taxi with E and left the taxi.

B. The evidence as shown in the facts charged of the instant case is the witness H and I’s each legal statement and the investigative agency’s statement.

1 The witness H stated in this Court as follows:
