1. On the basis of the original copy of the payment order with executory power of Seoul Central District Court 2016j. 512011 against the Defendant B, the Seoul Central District Court rendered an order on March 2017.

Reasons

The evidence Nos. 11 and 12, comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire pleadings, can be acknowledged that the goods listed in the separate sheet are the Plaintiff’s ownership. Thus, the execution by the Defendant against the goods listed in the separate sheet on March 21, 2017, based on the executory payment order under the Seoul Central District Court Decision 2016Hu512011, against B, shall not be permitted. Thus, the Plaintiff’s claim shall be accepted, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
