Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates food manufacturing and processing business under the trade name of "D," from Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City C (1 Dong 1, 2 Dong 2).

1. No person shall sell foods, etc. for sale, the purpose of which is to sell without labelling products, or import, display, transport such foods, etc. for sale, or use them for business purposes, unless such foods, etc. are labeled as meeting the standards;

Nevertheless, from August 2014 to September 8, 2015, the Defendant purchased from E to September 1, 200 1,000 g (1 = 10 km, 440 g (50,000 g per 1 56 g) without indicating the manufacturing date, etc., and sold 44 g (50,00 g per 56 g) at the warehouse of the above place.

Accordingly, the defendant sold and stored a non-labeled product that does not meet the labelling standard.

2. Business operators and their employees who manufacture food not prepared food or food additives, which are used to manufacture products (kimchi in full) production work records and documents concerning receipts and disbursements of raw materials, shall prepare documents concerning production and work records, and documents concerning receipt and payment of raw materials for storage, delivery and use for the sanitary management of raw materials, manufacturing process and other food, etc., and shall keep such documents for three years from the date of the last entry;

Nevertheless, the defendant from March 3, 2015 to the same year.

9. Until August 1, 200, “kim Kim” products manufactured and processed by using cabbage, red powder powder, and math raw materials from manufacturing and processing facilities of the above place, were produced as shown in the list of crimes in the annexed sheet, without preparing documents related to production work and raw materials, when producing “kimchi (fachi in package units: 20kg)” in “ware storage of finished products” and storing them together with abandoned kimchi, etc., and without preparing documents related to production work and raw materials.
