1. Basic facts
A. (i) The status of the party; (ii) Defendant C is each operator of the “D Hospital” (hereinafter “D Hospital”); and the Defendant medical corporation’s Mabu Medical Foundation (hereinafter “Defendant Mabu Medical Foundation”) and the Korea National Institute of Education established under the Korea National Institute of Education (hereinafter “Defendant Korea National Institute of Education”); and (iii) the Korea National Institute of Education (hereinafter “Korea National Institute of Health”) respectively.
See The plaintiffs are the births of the deceased E (hereinafter referred to as “the deceased”) on April 26, 2012.
B. (i) On February 2012, 2012, the Deceased complained of symptoms, such as pains, radioactive rays, and bridges, which were sent to the D Hospital on February 24, 2012.
C. The medical team of the foregoing hospital diagnosed the deceased’s symptoms as “Iskic No. 5 - Gycheon No. 1, accompanied by the nephal ppuri disease certificate, and other side signboards,” and conducted hysical maleological surgery to treat the deceased on February 25, 2012.
Secondly, however, the deceased did not have a great number of symptoms, and on March 1, 2012, the deceased continued to appeal the heart, drum, and two copies from March 1, 2012, the doctor in charge took measures to transfer the deceased to a limited hospital on March 3, 2012.
C. On March 3, 2012, the Deceased was hospitalized in a limited hospital on March 3, 2012 and undergone various tests. On the 4th of the same month, he/she was subject to cerebrovascular, but two copies continued, and on March 5, 2012, the doctor in charge took measures to transfer the Deceased to the Goansan Hospital on March 5, 2012.
(1) On March 5, 2012, the Deceased was hospitalized in the Goansan Hospital and undergone various tests. On March 14, 2012, after conducting a brain-resistant tissue formation test, the deceased conducted an cerebral dysium inserted into the cerebral dysium, and on the 15th day of the same month, the cerebral dysium was inspected.
The medical professionals of the above hospital also have several inspections, medication, treatment, etc.
