The defendant shall be innocent.

Reasons

1. On September 15, 1994, around 23:56 around September 15, 1994, the punishment laws applied to the summary order subject to review on the part of the employees of the defendant, who committed the facts charged, lose its retroactive effect pursuant to the Constitutional Court’s decision of unconstitutionality, thereby acquitted the defendant pursuant to the former part of Article 325 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
