1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 60,000,000 won per annum from September 8, 1997 to June 30, 2004.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, the “creditor” shall be deemed to be the “Plaintiff”, and the “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Defendant”: (a) a claim against Defendant B by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act); (b) a claim against Defendant A and C: a judgment deeming confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act)
