The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. The summary of the facts charged was assaulted by the Defendant, on March 2014, 201, the victim D (year 9) who was frightened with Egymna C before the Kim Jong-dong Elementary School located at 420, 87, Kimpo-si, Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si, 420-gil, and used the victim’s spathal culture.
2. Determination
(a) Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act;
(b) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act.
C. Declaration of non-existence of punishment: Application for non-prosecution of punishment submitted on April 28, 2015, which was after the instant indictment was instituted.
(d) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
