A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
In around 196, the defendant had a Chinese nationality, and had the intention to enter the Republic of Korea by making a disguised marriage with a male of the Republic of Korea for the purpose of punishing money in the Republic of Korea.
However, in around 1984, the Defendant had already been married to B of Chinese nationality, and thus, the Defendant paid 50,000 people’s consolation money to the “C” in his identity, and made D(E) identification cards, etc., under the name of the deceased, the Defendant introduced the G of Korean nationality from the said F, and entered the Republic of Korea around September 25, 1996 by making a disguised marriage with G.
Since then, the defendant acquired the nationality of the Republic of Korea as D, was issued with the resident registration certificate in the name of Ethmp D, and continued to reside in the Republic of Korea with a passport issued in D name since 1998 and around 2008.
1. On September 21, 2017, the Defendant in violation of the Resident Registration Act applied for the re-issuance of the resident registration certificate at the Hdong Office in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and was issued by the public official in charge of the issuance of the resident registration certificate by submitting an application to the public official in charge of the issuance of the resident registration certificate, stating that the name is A and IB is the actual name.
Accordingly, the defendant applied for false facts on resident registration.
2. Where a foreigner who violates the Immigration Control Act and makes an improper entry and passport event departs from the Republic of Korea, he shall undergo an inspection by immigration control officials at the entry and departure port with a valid passport, and when entering the Republic of Korea, he shall undergo an entry or departure inspection by an immigration control official at the entry and departure port with a valid passport
Nevertheless, the defendant around March 19, 2014 and the same year
8. 25. In the departure inspection place of the Jung-gu Incheon Incheon Airport, Jung-gu, Incheon, and the facts are illegal as D even if they are not D.
