Reasons
1. The reasoning of the judgment of this court citing the judgment of the court of first instance is as follows: (a) other than the entry of “the subject matter” at the last two of the judgment of the court of first instance as “the subject matter”, the entry of the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is identical to that of the judgment of the court of first instance; and (b) thus, it is accepted in accordance with Article 8(2
2. The decision of the court of first instance is just in conclusion, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.
