A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
"2015 Highest 5391"
1. Around March 28, 2015, the Defendant, including a person who committed a crime (1) on March 28, 2015, entered the following personal information: (a) around 13:50 on March 28, 2015, on “E”, the Defendant, by means of electronic records, connected D’s “E” on the website of a gallon-gu Busan Metropolitan Government (ju) by using a gallon-ropoid; (b) connected the application form; (c) “personal information utilization consent”; (d) “application form for a discount program of LTE Plus/3”; and (e) written “LG Plus’ written consent” with the name of “F” and the private person in its subscription column.
As a result, the Defendant drafted the F’s “application”, “Personal Information Utilization Consent”, “LTE Plus/ 32”, and “LG Plus’ written consent agreement on cellphone users” files, respectively, with the aim of facilitating the management of affairs.
(2) The Defendant, such as the electronic records of the above writers, exercised the “application for subscription”, “personal information utilization consent”, “LTE Plus/32”, and “LG Plus’ written consent to use the phone” files via D, as if they were duly formed through D, by transmitting them to the person in charge of LG telecom cell phones, who is aware of the aforementioned writing.
(3) The Defendant, at the above date and at the above place, by deceiving the victim D, and by submitting F’s resident registration certificate as if he was F, was issued with one cellphone 6 in the place of the damage by deceiving the victim D, and having the victim issued one cellphone 789,000 at the market price.
2. On March 30, 2015, the Defendant, including (1) electronic records, committed on March 30, 2015, was “I” operated by H on March 30, 2015, which was located in Busan Y G, and connected LG telecom Co., Ltd. with LG telecom’s website using galle stamping, and entered F’s personal information in the cell phone subscription column and entered the name of “F” in the subscription column.
