3,387,604,00 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, in collusion with D, E, etc., had the intent to keep the gold in an open port and concealed it for the purpose of receiving transportation expenses from them. On July 29, 2015, the Defendant left China through the Incheon International Airport located in Jung-gu Incheon Airport as the Incheon Airport on July 29, 2015, and entered Korea from China to Korea through the Incheon International Airport on July 30, 2015, and entered Korea from China to Korea through the Incheon International Airport on July 30, 2015.

5 They were exported from that time to April 28, 2016 at the market price of 570,834,000 won by the same method, such as the two attached list of crimes, including those exported after sunset without reporting to the head of the customs office in a manner concealing in his/her port.
