A. On February 7, 2014, the Plaintiff leased C Apartment 104 Dong 902 to the Defendant at KRW 3,200,000 per rent, and delivered it.

B. However, the Defendant did not pay the rent from April 1, 2014 at all.

C. On July 14, 2014, the Plaintiff terminated the said lease contract on the grounds of the Defendant’s delinquency of rent for more than two years.

Meanwhile, around August 11, 2014, the Plaintiff was handed over the above apartment by the Defendant.

E. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of unjust enrichment equivalent to rent or rent, calculated at the rate of KRW 3,200,000 per month from April 1, 2014 to August 11, 2014, which is the date of delivery completion of the above apartment.
