A and C shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months, and by imprisonment for six months, respectively.

, however, from the date this judgment becomes final.

Defendants are public officials working in each F Council affairs division, and Defendant A is a person working in the F Council affairs division from March 15, 2012 to July 1, 2014; Defendant C is a person working in the above Council affairs division from July 2, 2014 to July 5, 2015; Defendant B is a person working in the division division of the above Council affairs division; and Defendant B is a person working in the division division of the above Council affairs division from July 6, 2015 to June 30, 2016.

The Defendants, in collusion with other employees belonging to the above Council affairs, voluntarily made a business trip name as if they were in fact, and made a false daily business trip as if they were in fact, and based on this, prepared a written resolution for disbursement of the travel equipment every month, and received excessive payment of the travel equipment, and used the money as personal occupation-related expenses and the number of employees belonging to the above Council affairs and the employees.

Accordingly, G and H, who are employees in charge of the general affairs of the above Council affairs, arbitrarily selected their employees each day to receive false exit equipment, and prepared a false application for a business trip as if the employees would go to go to a business trip, and entered the place, purpose, and time of the business trip in their mind. The head of the team and the chief of the division knew of such false application for the business trip and approved it.

Since then, I and J, as an employee in charge of accounting, shall prepare a false disbursement resolution by calculating the total amount of travel equipment for each employee each month on the basis of the daily business trip details approved by a false request and a false disbursement resolution by each employee each month. Accordingly, the head of the team, K, L and the head of the division approved the approval, and send a written disbursement order of withdrawal equipment prepared in accordance with the false disbursement resolution to the Nonghyup Bank's Treasury, to dispatch it to the National Assembly affairs and the employees belonging to the Council, so that the funds of the Victim F Council may be remitted to each employee, and then I and J shall cash from each employee.
