(hereinafter referred to as the “Domsan Construction”) to the Domsan Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Domsan Construction”), and the Plaintiff is the bankruptcy trustee who has the right to manage and dispose of the property belonging to the bankrupt foundation by declaration of bankruptcy regarding the Domsan Construction. The Defendants are the subcontractors who received part of the above construction from the Domsan Construction, or the suppliers of materials
