A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.
Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.
Punishment of the crime
On June 5, 2014, at around 02:55, the Defendant reported that the Defendant was not broken in the taxi in the state of drinking in the street near the 17-1 sublet 3 Public Security Center near the Geumcheon-gu, Busan, the Busan, the Police Station D Zone D of the Busan, and performed a bath to E on the spot on the ground that the circumstances in which the Defendant belonged to the D Zone D of the Busan, the Defendant took a bath to E on the spot, and turned down twice the B B B B Bridge, with his hand, and wheeled E with his hand.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of the above E, a police officer.
