The Defendant infringed upon a structure, with the authority to manage the building C in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and several citizens, including the victim D, and the lessees, have been punished for criminal disputes over a long time. From March 25, 2015, around 17:30, on the ground that the Defendant posted a notice to the effect that the Defendant denied the Defendant’s right to manage the building C on the window of the above building C, on the ground that the notice was attached to the victim’s D management around March 25, 2015, the Defendant infringed upon the structure managed by the victim by breaking the body into the victim’s will.

2. On July 29, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed assault and special assault on July 29, 2015, on the following grounds: (b) on the victim F (n, 59 years of age), G (n, 63 years of age), and H (36 years of age) the Defendant’s sole use of the said heading room; and (c) sought to enter into the said heading room, the Defendant’s f’s breath of the victim F; (d) breath of the f’s breath; (e) breath of the 5th floor of the 5th floor of the 5th floor of the building C; (e) breath of the 5th floor of the 5th floor; (e) breath of the 5th floor; and (e) b) breath of the h’s breath of the bridge; (e) breath of the breath’s breath of the f.
