1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 67,727,895 as well as KRW 41,406,769 as of November 30, 2005 to September 4, 2008.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, “creditor” shall be deemed to be “Plaintiff”, and “debtor” shall be deemed to be “Defendant”.
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
